The workbench adopts VW01M automatic transmission assembly, designed
as per the requirement of 2012 National vocational skills
contest,satisfy the automatic transmisson system disassembly and
assembly skill training evaluation.

l Auto transmission assembly, training bench(with locking casters and
fixed adjustable bolt, Oil pan, desk screw plate, Press machine,
Patchboard pothook, 01M Auto transmission special disassemble tool(14
pcs), Common tools placed fram, Measuring tools(6 pcs), Manual.
n Technique Features
l GB standard high quality material for whole frame (40 * 60 welding
square pipe);spraying treatment on the surface, bench material is
stainless steel 304.
l Structure: The device consists of training units, meshboard, 2T
manual press and hidden deceleration flip mechanism. Meshboard is
mounted in front of the training bench, equipped with special hooks to
hang automatic transmission components and special tools; 2T press are
mounted on the right side for gearbox bearings disassembly; there is
drawer for placing special measuring tool, the lower part are component
storage cabinet; the left of training bench is decelerated hidden
tilting mechanism enables the transmission may rotation at any angle,
and can be locked at any position, easy to disassemble and assemble from
different angles; provided with a movable oil-collection tray.
l The device is equipped with Volkswagen 01M automatic transmission
assembly (with electronic valve harness,input and output shaft sensors,
easy to disassembly), and mounted on the special hidden deceleration
flip frame.
l Equipped with self-locking casters and fixed adjusting screw can be
easily fixed and mobile
