The device is designed based on the Passat B5 electric chair for the
driver to holistically demonstrate the structure and operation of the
electric chair. All parts are original parts, before delivery through
layers of inspection, production quality management according to
ISO9001: 2008 standards implementation. The device applies to
theoretical teaching and maintenance training of the electric chair in
secondary and senior vocational skill schools, normal education and
training institutions.
n Basic Configuration
l electric chair assy., chair adjustment switch, training bench,
iginiton switch, power switch, measurement plate and movable bracket,
supporting manual and training guide book and other components.(memory
function or normal optional)
n Features
l the training bench can fully show the electric chair’s structure and
working principle to reach the ideal teaching effect.
l control the chair switch to adjust chair forward and back, tilt,
forward and back vertical.
l by controlling memory switch, after changing the sitting posture, the
chair can return to the setting postion. It can show the real working
process of the electric chair with memory function(optional).
l Training bench is equipped with electric chair color schematics and
detection terminals. The element signal parameter of electric chair,
such as voltage, resistance, frequency, etc. can be detected by special
instruments(optional);
l Training bench equipped with diagnostic blocks can be connected to a
dedicated or universal car decoder for reading the entire vehicle
electrical fault codes, clear fault codes, read data stream, actuate
components test, parameter settings, waveform analysis, etc.

l Fault setting and appraisal system: use fault setting box set manully
or delete single and combination fault, including all the sensors,
actuators and controllor faults, the fault setting type: disconnection,
short circuit, virtual connection and etc., turn the fault switch to the
original position, the fault is deleted. Can set any recombination fault
and delete the fault. Using concealed fault setting is conveniente to
examine the students. Can set variouse hard emulational fault of sensors
and controlling unit.(example: magnetic, thermosensitive,
pressure-sensitive, photoelectric, electromagnetic and etc), fault type
is signal distortion or accidental fault.
