The device is designed based on Passat B5 vehicle network CAN-BUS
system for the driver to holistically demonstrate the structure and
operation. All parts are original parts, before delivery through layers
of inspection, production quality management according to ISO9001: 2008
standards implementation. The device applies to theoretical teaching and
maintenance training of the electric chair in secondary and senior
vocational skill schools, normal education and training institutions.
n Basic Configuration
l Engine control unit(ECU), left front door control unit, right front
door control unit, rear left door control unit, car door lock block,
comfort computer, lighting switch, gearbox control unit, ABS control
unit, power supply, instrument panel assy., ignition switch, ignition
key, general power switch, measurement plate and movable bracket,
supporting manual and training guide book and other components.

l It can fully shows CAN-BUS vehicle network system structure and the
electic element works by data transmission, helps the students
understand the abstract control theory;

l It detects the entire power system & CAN—BUS data transmission
network and terminal control unit of the comfort system by the fault
diagnosis tester.

system data transmission network by combination penal’s gateway
connection to build a whole CAN—BUS network system.
l Press the door switch and demonstrate door lock open and close
working process dynamically.
l Press glass lifter switch and demonstrate glass motor lift and fall
working process.
l Penal is equiped with testing terminal, it can detect each terminal’s
voltage, resistance, current, wave form signal, easy for fault diagnosis.

German carving machine, it’s easy for students to read and learn.
l It dose not need storage battery, use DC12V power, does not need to
charge, the power owns a function of short circuit prevention.

electrical fault codes, clear fault codes, read data stream, actuate
