Vapour Compression Refrigeration Trainer
The vapor compression refrigeration trainer is designed to analyze
performance of Vapor Compression Refrigeration Cycle. The trainer
consists of a hermetically sealed compressor, air cooled condenser,
expansion device & coiled evaporator. The evaporator coil is
immersed in a water tank fitted with electric heater. The heater load is
controlled by a dimmer. CFC Free refrigerant R134a is used in the
trainer.
The measuring instruments are provided to measure
Temperature & pressure of refrigerant cycle, Refrigerant Flow, Power
Supplied to compressor & Heater Load.
