All metal wheel of20cm diameter.and the axle is in two steps of 10& 5
cm respectively. A steel axle passes through the centre of the wheel
which is mounted on ball bearing in cast iron brackets reducing friction
to minimum. The base has holes to fix the apparatus on wall. Complete
with snatch pulley block, cord and hooks but without weights
