Continuous Flow Stirred Tank Reactors System (CSTR):-
CSTR are used where there is a continuous production or development in
order to increase the productivity. Gases liquids are added continuously
in the stirred reactor product is recovered on continuous basis at high
pressure temperature. Available in sizes from 100ml to 100 Ltr.
ContinuousFlowFixed/FluidizedBed Tubular Catalytic Reactor Systems:-
Reactant liquids gases are fed to a reactor which uses a tubular vessel
packed with a fixed bed of Catalyst at controlled rate through
pre-heaters pre-mixer. Final products are collected from the outlet of
the reactor cooled separated for recovery.
