Model of Mayer Expansion Valve Steam Engine- Engineering Lab Training Systems

The engine model Is equipped with two slide valves which are operated by separate eccentrics showing the double expansion plates the Mayer engine fitted on a threaded spindle and can be simultaneously brought closer and farther away from each other. All parts are of cast aluminium and fitted on well polished vertical wooden board. The design and operation of the Mayer Expansion valve steam engine can be conveniently studied with this section cut demonstration model.
